On behalf of the hon. Member for Mid Armagh, I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will state the nature of the guarantees against damage to producing States which are required in connection with the additional Act of the Brussels Sugar Conference relieving Great Britain of the necessity of imposing a penalty upon bounty-fed sugar.
