(Answered by Mr. Lloyd-George.) The quantities of chicory and of vegetable matter (other than chicory) applicable to the uses of chicory or coffee imported 675 into the United Kingdom in 1906 were as follows—

§ These figures are exclusive of the chicory or other vegetable substances imported mixed with coffee. The total quantity of such mixtures imported in 1906 was 845 lbs.
