MACVEAGHTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state what has been the decrease of population in each of the counties of Ulster since 1841; and what has been the emigration from each of the counties during the same period, giving in each case the figures for the city of Belfast separately from those for the county of Antrim.
