§ MAJOR SEELY (Liverpool, Abercromby)To ask the Secretary of State. for War whether he can secure the issue of a Treasury Warrant enabling non pensionable service with the colours to be reckoned with Civil Service pensionable time in computing the amount of pension to be given at the expiration of Civil Service, in accordance with the recommendation of the Committee on the employment of ex-soldiers and sailors.
