§ MR. HUNTI beg to ask the Prime Minister whether the policy of His Majesty's Government with reference to the Navy is that if foreign countries extend their programmes we, in our turn, will also extend our programme in order to keep our relative position amongst naval Powers.
§ SIR H. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANI would refer the hon. Member to the statements of naval policy made in both houses on Wednesday last week.
