I beg to ask the Prime Minister when it is now proposed to introduce the Bill providing for the formation of a central council in Ireland.

I am sorry to have to keep on giving such Answers one after another. My right hon. friend the Chief Secretary has already given this information to the House. So far as we can see the Bill will be introduced on the 7th May.
