MR. FETHERSTONHAUGH (Fermanagh, N.)

To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Treasury is prepared to receive payment of the instalments under the Land Purchase (Ireland) Act, 1891, in Guaranteed Land Stock, as provided by Section 2 of that Act; whether such payments can now be made at any post offices in Ireland, and will he publish or lay upon the Table of the House the regulations of the Treasury in regard to such mode of payment.
