I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs can he now inform the House who will be the delegates representing Great Britain at the Hague Conference.

MR. RUNCIMAN

The British Plenipotentiaries to the Conference will be:—The right hon. Sir Edward Fry; the right hon. Sir Ernest Satow; the right hon. Lord Reay, late President of the Institute of International Law; Sir Henry Howard, His Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at the Hague. In addition naval and military expert delegates will be appointed, whose names will be announced in due course.
