To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether he will state the total number of clerks, neither Second Division nor university graduates, who were admitted, without Civil Service examination, to the Colonial Audit Branch in London from its establishment in 1889 to the date of its reorganisation in 1906; and the length of service, the rate of salary, and the present position of each of such clerks now serving at Home or Abroad.
