HC Deb 18 April 1907 vol 172 cc1154-5
MR. MOND (Chester)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he can state whether Clause 10 of the Bill to amend the Law relating to Patents and Designs is at variance with any treaty, agreement, or engagement with any foreign country or British Possession; and, if so, what foreign countries or British Possessions.

MR. LLOYD-GEORGE

I am advised that the provisions of the clause would not be at variance with any existing, treaty, agreement, or arrangement.
