MOND (Chester)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he can state whether Clause 10 of the Bill to amend the Law relating to Patents and Designs is at variance with any treaty, agreement, or engagement 1155 with any foreign country or British Possession; and, if so, what foreign countries or British Possessions.
