That they have passed a Bill, intituled "An Act to confer further powers upon the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of the borough of Devonport with reference to their water undertaking and their electrical undertaking; to make further and better provision with regard to the improvement, health, local government, and finance of the said borough; and for other purposes."
