§ SIR GILBERT PARKER (Gravesend)On behalf of the hon. Member for the Tamworth Division of Warwickshire, I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he will give a detailed Return of the receipts and expenditure of the National Physical Laboratory since its establishment; and if he will give instructions for a detailed balance sheet to be published annually in a form available to the Members of the House as distinct from the particulars at present published.
§ MR. RUNCIMANI have, with the consent of the Royal Society, directed that the accounts of the Laboratory since 1900 shall be laid forthwith, and that in future a copy of the accounts shall be laid annually.
