LLOYD-GEORGEThe matter to which my hon. friend refers is having my careful consideration in all its bearings, and I have asked gentlemen representative of the interests concerned to confer with me with regard to it. At the moment I am not in a position to make any definite statement as to the procedure I shall recommend to the House.
