§ MR. SLOANTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what fixed price or percentage under the provisions of Section 23 (11) of the Land Act of 1903 has been arranged to be paid for negotiating the sale of Lord Kilmorey's estate, county Down.
