HC Deb 11 April 1907 vol 172 c375
MR. J. P. FARRELL (Longford, N.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, if he will state when the loan to Robert Armstrong to build a cottage on the lands of Mornin, on the Cusack estate, recently allotted to him, will be made.

The Estates Commissioners have not yet acquired possession of the property in question, and until they do so they cannot issue the free grant which they propose to make for building purposes in the case of Robert Armstrong.
