§ MR. BRODIE (Surrey, Reigate)To ask the President of the Local Government Board, whether he is now in a position to fix a date for the introduction of the Bill for the Improvement of the Housing of the Working Classes promised in the King's Speech.
(Answered by Mr. John Burns.) I am desirous of introducing the Bill as early as practicable, but I cannot at present fix a date for the purpose.
