HC Deb 09 April 1907 vol 172 c77
MR. REES (Montgomery Boroughs)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any information is in possession of the Colonial Office regarding the use of cotton-stalk fibre for paper making; and, if so, whether he will cause such information to be forwarded to British Central Africa for publication in the Gazette of the Protectorate.

(Answered by Mr. Churchill.) There is apparently no information on the subject of my hon. friend's Question in the possession of the Colonial Office; but inquiry is being made with the view of transmitting to the British Central Africa Protectorate any information which may seem likely to be of value.
