JOYCEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether anything has been done towards the re-instatement of Patrick, Kyan, evicted tenant of Lisnagry, county 'Limerick, either to place him back on his own land or, failing this, to give him another piece of land in Larne townland as a fair equivalent for the land from which he was evicted?
