§ *MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he is aware that while in Scotland there are five inspectors under the Public Health Acts, only one of whom is a medical officer, there are in Ireland seven medical inspectors, and seeing that it is impossible for one medical inspector to overtake the whole of the work for Scotland, will he consider the advisability of arranging in next year's Estimates for additional medical inspectors for Scotland.
§ MR. SINCLAIRI cannot at present undertake to provide for the additional medical inspection suggested by the hon. Member.
