§ *MR. WEIR (KOSS and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland, in view of the fact that a sum of £200 out of the money payable to the Lewis District Committee as the share of the equivalent grant was allocated last year for public health purposes in the island, will he state why the Committee have not yet submitted a scheme under which this money may be applied, specially having regard to the fact that the sanitary condition of the island does not conform to the requirements of the Public Health Act, as shown in the report of Dr. Dittmar, Medical Inspector for Scotland.
