To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has yet received the Report of the Vice-Regal Commission appointed to inquire into the subject of Poor Law Reform in Ireland; and whether he can state when the recommendations of the Commission will be published.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Report has been received and presented to Parliament, and I am informed that it will be distributed in the course of a day or so.
