MR. BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)

To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty for how many days the largest dock at Portsmouth has been rendered unavailable for other purposes through being occupied by H.M.S. "Dreadnought."

(Answered by Mr. Edmund Robertson.) The "Dreadnought" was in the dock named 124 days, but no inconvenience was caused.
