§ Copy presented, of Order in Council, dated 22nd October, 1906, directing an Act passed by the Legislature of Natal 858 (No. 13 of 1906) shall be recognised and given effect to throughout His Majesty's Dominions and on the high seas as if it were part of The Fugitive Offenders Act, 1881 [by Act]; to lie-upon the Table.
