HAROLD PEARSON (Suffolk, Eye)To ask the President of the Local Government Board if the Report of the inquiry on the application of the Saxmundham Urban Council for power to borrow £5,200 for a water scheme, held on 31st July, is yet completed; and, if so, when it will be made public, and if not completed, what the cause of the delay has been.
(Answered by Mr. John Burns.) The Report has been received and considered, and on the 25th instant I caused a letter to be addressed to the district council on the subject to which it relates.
