§ MR. SEARS (Cheltenham)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state as to the case in which estate duty on £132,300 was paid in 1898 in respect of an estate successfully floated in 1900 with a capital of £450,000; whether a discharge was applied for under Section 11 of the Finance Act of 1894; and, if so, will he give the date of the certificate granted under that section.
