JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)To ask the Postmaster-General why the postmaster at Athenry refuses to give his subordinates either casual or special leave, although the regulations permit this; and whether he will take steps to see that the staff at the Athenry office get such privileges as the regulations afford them without undue local restrictions.
