BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the attention of the Board has been directed to the fact that the War Office is about to issue a work called 186 the Army Book of the British Empire, setting forth our military policy as pursued by the nation since 1870; whether the Admiralty are co-operating; and whether the Admiralty are prepared to undertake the issue of a similar work, explaining the naval policy of the country for a number of years, and notably the new policy of 1906 in regard to the standard of naval strength.
