§ MR. LONSDALEI beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of his declaration that the subject of old age pensions is one of the most extreme urgency, he will make such representations to the Prime Minister and the Cabinet as will ensure precedence being given to the subject in the legislative programme of the Government over the question of Irish Home Rule or Devolution.
