HC Deb 28 November 1906 vol 166 c32
MR. PAUL (Northampton)

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he proposes to comply with the Order of the House dated the 24th of October last by laying upon the Table the letters of business addressed to the Convocations of Canterbury and York; when these letters were actually issued; and what has been the cause of the delay in presenting them.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) The letters of business were not issued until the 10th instant. The papers are now in the printer's hands, and will be ready shortly. I will lay Copies upon the Table in manuscript to-morrow. There has been no special reason for delay, but the heavy pressure of work of all kinds has prevented earlier publication. ‡ See (4) Debates, clxiv., 1268.
