GINNELL (Westmeath, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland can he state what progress, if any, the Estates Commissioners have made towards acquiring for distribution the untenanted lands of Colonel Richard Fetherston, Captain Cecil Fetherston, Sir Montague Chapman and Francis V. Chapman, all in the rural district of Delvin, Westmeath.
