I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Congolese troops have evacuated the Soudanese Bahr-el-Ghazal, † See (4) Debates, clxiv., 1053. in accordance with the terms of the Anglo-Belgian Convention; and, if not, whether any arrangement has been made as to the date on which such evacuation shall take place; and what has been the reason of the delay.
