‡See Col. 978.1205 been signed to purchase Mr. Churcher's estate, county Galway; whether a grass farm of about 200 acres upon this estate is held by a non-resident tenant named Henry; and, if so, in view of the fact that nine of the tenants adjoining live upon holdings with an average rental of £2, will the Commissioners refuse to sanction the sale unless grass land is distributed amongst tenants of uneconomic holdings upon the estate.(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that no proceedings for the sale of the estate mentioned have been instituted before them, and they have no information in regard to the estate.
