HC Deb 26 November 1906 vol 165 c1225
MR. BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty at what intervals are the ships of the Royal Navy docked to prevent serious loss of speed through the growth of weeds; whether he can state when the rule came into force; and what was the former practice

* MR. EDMUND ROBERTSON

I must refer my hon. friend to the King's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions, where he will find the regulations in regard to docking in Articles 1068 and 1099. They are generally similar to those which have been in operation for many years.
