HC Deb 21 November 1906 vol 165 c809
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether, before the completion of the sale of the Blacker Douglas estate in North Kerry to the tenants, the Estates Commissioners will take steps to have Mrs. Kate Scanlan, an evicted tenant on the property, reinstated.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that Mrs. Scanlan's application for reinstatement has been inquired into by one of their inspectors, whose report is at present under the consideration of the Commissioners.
