SMYTH (Leitrim, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners have received applications for reinstatement from Bridget M'Caffrey, John Reilly, and Edward Reilly, evicted tenants on the estate of Mrs. Upperton, in the vicinity of Newtowngore, county Leitrim; and, if so, if any action has been taken with regard to same.
MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners inform me that they have received applications for reinstatement from Bridget M'Caffrey, and John Reilly, and have referred them to an inspector for inquiry. No application has been received from Edward Reilly.
