GINNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland have the Estates Commissioners 831 ascertained whether Miss Hepenstall is willing to sell her estate at Ballinascarry, Finnea; and, if so, is there a prospect of its being obtained for distribution within the next six months.
MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners inform me that Miss Hepenstall has, in reply to their inquiry, intimated that she does not wish to sell her estate a present.
