§ MR. BELLAIRSI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether it is the practice of the German Admiralty to order their torpedoes and guns entirely from private establishments.
§ MR. EDMUND ROBERTSONAs the German Admiralty have themselves made no public announcement as to their practice in this matter, I submit to my hon. friend that it would seem to be beyond the province of the British Admiralty to make any statement on the subject.
