§ MR. LUPTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if his attention has been called to the case of E. M. Walden, of 37, Medusa Road, Catford, who has been summoned for not vaccinating his youngest child, he having been refused an exemption certificate on two successive occasions at the Greenwich police court by Mr. Kettle and another magistrate, notwithstanding that the same court had on two previous occasions given him exemption certificates in the case of other children; and what steps he proposes to take to prevent such treatment of conscientious objectors.
