DUNN (Cornwall, Camborne)I beg to ask the Prime Minister if it is the intention of the Government to introduce, at an early date, a Bill to prohibit 413 Peers of the Realm, declared by competent judicial tribunals mentally incapable of managing their own personal affairs, from sitting as Peers of Parliament.
