To ask the Postmaster-General if he will state what are the public and Press rates on telegrams to India, Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, and Australia.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) The ordinary and Press rates on telegrams to India, Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, and Australia, by all routes, except via Turkey, are as follows:—
