§ MR. BELLOC (Salford, S.)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he proposes to carry into effect the recommendation made by the Inter-departmental Committee in favour of increased grants for reformatory and industrial schools.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) The proposals of the Committee are under my consideration. Treasury sanction would, of course, be necessary to give effect to them.
