§ MR. A. ALLEN (Christchurch)To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is now able to give the Return promised on the 16th July of the quantity of opium consumed and the amount of revenue derived there from during the last ten years in the Federated Malay States and Singapore.
§ (Answered by Mr. Churchill.) The Secretary of State has not yet received the Report for which he has asked from the Governor of the Straits Settlements, who will be reminded of the matter.
