To ask the Prime Minister whether, during the present session, and, if not, how long before their introduction in the House of Commons, Members will be given an opportunity of considering and discussing with their constituents the alterations, if any, in the government of Ireland which the Government propose to introduce in the next session of Parliament; can the outline or details of the proposed measures be made public before Christmas.
