§ MR. FULLERTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can state the value of the mineral royalties which have been paid during the past five years in the 743 counties of Cumberland, Northumberland, and Durham, respectively.
§ MR. GLADSTONEI have no information as to the amount paid in mining royalties in these counties later than that which is contained in the Report of the Royal Commission on mining royalties in 1893; but my hon. friend will find particulars as to the rates in question in Paragraph 19 of that Report.
