I bog-to ask the Secretary for Scotland why no proceedings were taken against the three trawlers which were engaged in trawling within the three-mile limit on Sunday, the 9th day of September, in Durness Bay, Sutherland.

No complaints of trawling in Durness Bay on 9th September have been received, but I shall be glad to receive any information on the subject from the hon. Member.
