HC Deb 07 November 1906 vol 164 c554
VISCOUNT TURNOUR (Sussex, Horsham)

I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General whether he is yet in a position to state if it is proposed to institute proceedings for perjury against certain witnesses for the prosecution in Rex v. Fowler.

THE ATTORNE-GENERAL (Sir JOHN WALTON, Leeds, S.)

was understood to reply that the counsel for the Crown had advised there were no grounds for instituting a prosecution.
