SYDNEY BUXTONPostal parcels cannot be sent directly from one country to another in the absence of an agreement between the two national Post Offices and it has not hitherto been possible to arrange for a direct parcel post between the United Kingdom and Peru. I am, however, in communication with the Peruvian Authorities on the subject.
