§ SIR EDWARD GREYNo information has yet reached His Majesty's Government as to the punishment inflicted, but His Majesty's Charge d'Affaires at Constantinople was authorised to make representations to the Grand Vizier on the subject, and to report the action taken by the Ottoman authorities.
