BOTTOMLEYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether negotiations are now in progress for a commercial treaty between Great Britain and Servia; and, if so, what precautions will be taken to prevent repudiation similar to that which occurred with respect to the treaty of commerce between the two countries in 1881.
