CLAUDE HAYI beg to ask the First Commissioner of Works if he will ascertain and intimate to this House what arrangements, if any, are being made to remove the three houses at Charing Cross, the removal of which is necessary to complete the Charing Cross end of the Mall improvement; and how the requisite funds will be provided.
